How payment works. Payments are processed securely by PayMongo, a payment provider regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. You can pay with GCash, Maya, or QRPh. It is offered "as is" without warranty that use of the app will guarantee any examination result. A Premium Pass grants access to premium content for the one-time period purchased. By using the app you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
A Premium Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period and does not auto-renew, so there is no subscription to cancel — access ends automatically when the pass expires. If you were charged in error or experienced a problem completing your purchase, contact us at soullab.tech.official@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your request.
